Upon your written request within the thirty day period, this office will provide you with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor.
Inclusion of the email address will include acceptance for email notifications including but not limited to reminders.
Making a payment does not overshadow a consumer's right to
dispute the debt or to request the name and address of the original
creditor as described in our initial notice.
